Services & quotes
All prices shown are guides. A fixed price is confirmed before work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Emergency call-out pricing is confirmed on arrival before work starts.
Bookings
Booking requests are confirmed by us before they are binding. We'll always give you the price to approve first. You can reschedule or cancel a standard appointment with reasonable notice.
Orders & delivery
Product orders are subject to availability. Title passes on full payment. Delivery estimates are indicative. Prices include VAT where shown.
Supply & fit
Supply & fit is available in Greater London for parts bought from us. Asking for fitting is free and doesn't commit you to anything: our plumber sends you a quotation for fitting, and nothing is charged unless you accept it.
When you accept a quotation you pay for the parts and the quoted fitting together, and we only book the plumber once payment has gone through. The quotation covers the work it describes. If the plumber finds more is needed, they will explain and price it first, and only do it if you agree. If an item can't be fitted as quoted, we refund its fitting.
By accepting a quotation you ask for the work to be done within the 14-day cancellation period. You can rearrange or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment; if you cancel later, we may keep a reasonable charge for the visit and refund the rest. Once the work is complete, your right to cancel the fitting ends. Fitted parts can't be returned; unfitted parts follow our normal returns policy. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months.
Returns
Unused products in original condition may be returned within 30 days. Some special-order items may be excluded. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment. The guarantee covers faults in our work, not pre-existing issues or third-party interference.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the services or products provided.
