Question 1

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer fast local delivery across London and the surrounding area, with next-day delivery available on most stocked items ordered before the daily cut-off. Delivery is free on orders over £100 (ex. VAT); otherwise a flat £6.95 applies. Prefer to collect? Click & collect is available from our Chingford counter.

Question 2

Can I collect my order from the shop?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Choose click & collect at checkout and pick up from our trade counter at 186-192 Chingford Mount Road, Chingford, E4 9BS — usually ready within the hour during opening times.

Question 3

Do you sell to the public as well as the trade?

Accepted Answer

Both. We welcome trade professionals and DIY customers alike. Everyone gets the same fair, trade-based pricing — no account needed to order online.

Question 4

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Accepted Answer

Product prices are shown both inclusive and exclusive of VAT so it's clear either way. A full VAT invoice is provided with every order for your records.

Question 5

What's your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Some special-order items may be excluded — just get in touch and we'll help.

Question 6

Can you order in a part you don't stock?

Accepted Answer

Very often, yes. We stock 20+ leading plumbing and heating brands — including McAlpine, Vaillant, Ideal, Grohe — and can source many specialist items. Call us on 020 3802 3275 or drop by the counter and we'll do our best to help.

Question 7

Do you offer trade accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes — regular trade customers can set up an account for streamlined ordering and invoicing. Contact us to get set up.

Question 8

Do you handle plumbing emergencies or installations?

Accepted Answer

We're a supplies shop, so we sell the tools and parts rather than carry out work. For 24/7 emergency plumbing and call-outs, our sister company Capital Plumbing Group can help — visit capitalplumbing.group.
