Do I need an F-Gas engineer to install AURA air conditioning?

Yes. AURA units use R32 refrigerant, so the refrigerant connections must be completed and commissioned by an F-Gas registered engineer. The units are supplied with a 5 m copper pipe kit and interconnecting cable to make installation straightforward.

Do AURA air conditioners heat as well as cool?

Every AURA unit is a heat pump — it provides both cooling in summer and efficient heating in winter, so you get year-round comfort from a single system.

What size (BTU) do I need?

As a guide, a bedroom needs around 9,000–12,000 BTU, a living room 12,000–18,000 BTU, and large open-plan or commercial spaces 24,000 BTU or more. See our room-size guide above, or call the counter and we'll help you choose.
